Weekend play time
During the week is hard to spend time with most of the children (second grade and older) because of the children’s strict school schedule, they are extremely busy with school work and studying for final exams.

Most of our play time is restricted to the weekends. Our weekends are full of many different activities, such as playing hockey, basketball, baseball, roller skating, swimming and just relaxing with the beautiful smiles and laughter of children. Basketball is by far the favorite sport that the boys play, and if they are not playing basketball they are usually watching it.

On holidays when the high school and some of the college children come back home , they usually throw up the volleyball net and play late into the night.

On our last trip back to the States we brought back some hockey gear to introduce to the kids, which is a very big hit with the younger boys.

Another game the younger children like to play is woffle ball….actually they really only like the hitting part.

We want to thank you for taking the time to see some of the many joys we at the Home of Hope get to experience and for supporting the lives of these children. We ask that you keep us in your prayers as we are trying to raise the funds to open the 3rd Home of Hope orphanage.
